h.humanise is operated by Humniserai.live. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team and we will help you submit the request. Paddle's Refund Policy also applies to all orders.

This guarantee covers subscriptions (Student, Semester, and Studio plans) and one-time word packs. After a refund, your account returns to the free plan and any remaining paid quota is removed.

You can cancel a subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period; cancellation stops future renewals and is separate from a refund request.
